Mold for Plastic Injection Shining Optical can do axis-symmetric and non-axis-symmetric mold inserts for plastic injection. Axis-symmetric products include spherical, aspheric, Fresnel, and DOE mold inserts. For the non-axis-symmetric (freeform shape), Shining Optical can do Biconic, Toric, microlens array, and many more. |

Mold for Glass Molding We can produce several kinds of mold insert, inner sleeve, and outer sleeve for glass molding. The size of mold insert can range from _ 1 to 30mm and the maximum slope can approach 65_. We can machine all kinds of brittle material, including cobalt-less WC, BN, Al2O3, and SiC. |
